Great News Lew is Home

Lew is home again – After a prolonged stay at the hospital he is so pleased to be home again. What was to be a routine open heart surgery (April 9th) to replace his aortic valve turned really bad when he had an acute reaction to one of the medications administered. This toxicity shut his lungs down (Easter Sunday) and what ensued was a long journey for Lew.

He wishes to thank the kind folks that have held him in prayer vigil and continue to do so. He gains strength daily with the help of oxygen, visiting nurses and physical therapy. Of course his support system …the Mancini Family Team and our extended friends and family that surround us with their unending love and support.

Thank you for the gifts, meals, cards and prayers.

Promiseland Realty Closes Office

I am writing to you with a heavy heart to announce that we have decided to close our real estate office. We have enjoyed 10 wonderful years of providing stellar real estate services to our clients and customers at Promiseland Realty, LLC of Gray. Please understand that this decision was not made lightly or without thorough insight and prayer to the matter at hand. The time has come for change and with this change comes a new real estate office that I am proud to announce will be my home away from home office. Janice Selig of Allen & Selig Realty at 1 Walnut Commons of North Yarmouth has graciously invited me to come to work at her office. I find it both an honor and privilege to accept this offer. I will retain my Broker license status and continue as an independent contractor. Nothing will affect my professional performance and duties. Only the name of the office that I will be affiliated with will change. Your continued trust in me and loyalty is imperative to my success in this transitional period of my real estate career of over 20 years.
